- The SCC-001-B thermostat works on the basis of a bimetal making contact and does not require its own power supply.
•Ideally it is connected into the current feed to the power supply unit which supplies the Peltier cooler.
•In this way the cooler is only turned on if the temperature exceeds an adjustable switching point.
